Overmarine has maintained the original Italian style and modern design on this full-displacement superyacht and has joined elements that are more suitable for families living at sea. The new market strategy was derived from Maurizio Balducci, Group CEO, who proposed "creating a three deck yacht with the ultimate comfort". In order to build a yacht with excellent sailing performance, Overmarine has selected a steel hull and aluminum superstructure instead of fiberglass that it has expertised at.

Mangusta Oceano 43 superyacht stands out in terms of technology and craftsmanship. It can reach a speed of 15 knots, and for the hull and superstructure, the highest quality steel and aluminum materials are adopted respectively.
